Five-star skier Ryan Dutton is going to a new school – the University of Sydney
FourFourSecond Ryan Dutton, the five-star skiing recruit from Sydney’s north, is going on to university at the University in Sydney, a university spokesperson confirmed to FourFourThree.
The move will make Dutton the fourth member of the Australian team to go to the University, joining skier Tom Wood and two-time Olympic gold medallist Matt Murray.
Dutton will spend two years at the university after winning the 2015 World Cup at Lake Louise and finishing fourth overall in the World Cup Qualifier.
The team will compete at the WCA Finals this year in Victoria, where the University has a ski academy.DUTTON has been part of the University’s skier team since the 2013-14 season and has skied in the finals three times, including the 2014 world championships.
Dutton is an Australian native and has played in four World Cups, winning gold medals at both the Sochi Olympics and the World Championships in Vancouver.
