How to use the Slag Slag tool to protect your own ski trip
By Simon JonesRead moreDetails of how to use Slag slag have been revealed for the first time, with the first wave of the tool to be launched at the 2015 Slag Summit.
Slag is an ultra-light, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional ski equipment that is being developed to provide a safer alternative to skiers.
It has already been used on some of the world’s most challenging ski areas, including Mount Etna in Italy, the North Face of Mount Everest in China and the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
The Slag is available as a pack and can be used as a snow pack, or a single layer of insulation for your ski boots.
It is currently being developed for the ski industry and is being offered in packs of up to 200kg and 200kg packs.
The tool has been designed to be light, easy to transport, durable and highly waterproof.
It comes in three varieties – a lightweight, medium and heavy slag – and is available in a range of sizes, from a few kilos to about 1,500 kilograms.
It can be stored in packs that are either sealed with a waterproof coating, or used in a dry-cleaning process.
The first wave will be offered for sale from the end of the year, with additional models planned for release in 2018 and 2019.
