‘We’ve been working on this for three years’: Ski board girl on ‘Taste of Skiing’
The cast and crew of The Taste of Skiin’ are excited to debut a new show on ESPN Criken, the network’s sports channel.
The show is part of ESPN’s partnership with ski board company DRS Skis.
The show, which airs Saturdays, features skiers and snowboarders on a journey around the world in their quest to win ski-boarder of the year.
Ski boards, ski gear, and snowboarding gear are sold through the DRS Ski Shop in downtown St. Louis.
It was created by the cast and producers of The Voice, which also features skier-turned-sportscaster Kristen Bell and skier Kate Upton.
“It’s a unique combination of skiing, food, music, and sports that all work in tandem,” said Rob Pincus, senior vice president of global programming at ESPN.
“The combination of sports and food is something that’s going to be incredibly unique to our show.
We’re going to do a lot of fun food-related stuff.”
“We’ve seen a lot more excitement in the sport of skiing,” said Pincuus.
“We think it’s going be a really unique combination.”
For those that want to get in on the action, there’s a chance to purchase the DRAKX Snowboard and Ski board gear.
